The Redford - Extraordinary Humidor

Extraordinary Humidor, Great service when I called, they bent over backwards to make me happy. It arrived in the 6 week window (before xmas) as promised. Not entirely happy with the UPS fright shipping though so be forewarned if they deliver yours. My Redford came from Florida up the USA east coast (not from Canada but then I could have cared less as it did not cost anymore). My beef was that UPS Freight do NOT deliver to the door. They did not warn me and I was not prepared properly when they dropped off the 300lb crate in the lobby of my building and would not put it in the elevator and bring it to my door. I managed and it was crated superbly. It was pristine!. Seasoned the shelves up a few of times over a couple of days, filled the water reservoir and I was good to go. Controls are simple enough but be sure to let it cycle a few times over a couple of days to stabilize. Just so happy! Thank you Canada Humidor, Merry Christmas and happy holidays to all, you rawk.
